Curator in residence: Gregory Volk

This autumn’s guest in our visitors program is Gregory Volk, who is staying with us for 5 weeks and will be doing a lecture as part of our TALK series and teaching as a guest lecturer at the Iceland University of the Arts.

Gregory Volk is a New York-based art writer and curator, and associate professor at Virginia Commonwealth University. He writes regularly for Art in America where he is a contributing editor, and his articles and reviews have also appeared in many other publications, including Parkett, Sculpture and Hyperallergic, where he has written about Icelandic artists Ragna Róbertsdóttir and Ragnar Kjartansson amongst others.
