Kristín Scheving at art:screen fest
This years program at art:screen fest includes moveNature, a session curated by Kristín Scheving of 700IS Reindeirland, an annual film and video festival held in Egilsstaðar in the east of Iceland. The session includes works by María Dalberg, Hulda Rós Guðnadóttir, Þóra Sólveig Bergsteinsdóttir, Sally & Mo, herself, Kristín Helga Káradóttir, Selma Hreggviðsdóttir & Elísabet Brynhildardóttir and last but not least Steina Vasulka, one of the pioneers of video art.
‘art:screen fest’ is a festival whose main concept is to invite curators from different video art events and festivals from around the world to curate screening programmes. art:screen fest provides an international platform for networking and co-operation possibilities between curators.
The festival is hosted in Örebro, Sweden, 5 – 7 October 2012.
