Tara and Silla: Ride the Art

The exhibition Ride the Art opens in the Sculpture Garden of the Sculpture Association of Reykjavík on the 5th of June and be open over the weekend during opening hours.

Light beverages will be served at the opening. Whoohoo!
The Really Big Family Band will perform the song “Take a Chance on Art” at 3 o’clock, Saturday the 5th of June.
Tara Njála Ingvarsdóttir and Silfrún Una Guðlaugsdóttir work together as, Tara and Silla. They have been collaborating since 2017 and work mostly with video, performance, installations and sculptures. Their main topics are celebration, playfulnicity, connections and friendship. Ride the Art is their first solo exhibition after they graduated from the BA program in Fine Arts in the Iceland University of the Arts.
