15 April–29 April
At the exhibition Loungæ, Hlökk Þrastardóttir and Sindri Leifsson envisions the term “lounge” as sitting rooms, especially in hotels or offices, but also in the sense of lounging around or hanging out.
They draw inspiration from the world of ideas of the Stone Age and compare it to the modern world and the reality we live with today. The percussion harnessed them into sculptures made of clay, wood, steel and yellow peppers, and the works will be activated through performances and the participation of visitors.
The exhibition runs until April 29 and there will be a finale that will be announced later.
