The Lost Poet
11 September, 2021–3 October, 2021

Breasts left unfed emit colourful light.
The suns illuminate the landscapes and faces shadow.
Take the lollipop and press it against the tongue of the void.
Shiny dust we will taste and burst into pearly tears of ocean, of ocean, of ocean.
They will be flying underwater with their feet, legless feet, toeless feet.
Drown me in your clear waters for I can be your stone.
Feathers have always belonged to you.
For their first solo exhibition, titecotu created a series of paintings illustrating poems and feathery creatures.
titecotu is a multidisciplinary artist with a passion for the experimental side of creating. With an initial focus on comprehensive pencil drawings, their art has evolved to incorporate a variety of techniques, mediums and forms of expression, including, but not limited to, illustration, storytelling, painting and the use of various natural and recycled materials to create curious sculpted works. They have a background in improv, theatre and performative games. For titecotu, art is a doorway to disassemble our learned perceptions and patterns.
Opening hours: 11:00 – 19:00
