The solo exhibition “A Room With a View” is an installation of over 70 previously unshown works on paper by Boaz Yosef Friedman from the years 2021 to 2025. The works, which range thematically and technically, are displayed in a unique installation that invites viewers to a kaleidoscope of aesthetic propositions.

The exhibition is accompanied by a text of Sölvi Halldórsson.

Boaz Yosef Friedman (b. 1994, Guam) is a visual artist based in Reykjavik since 2022, who works in painting, drawing, sculpture and installation. He is a co-founder of Íslenska teiknisetrið, a non-profit devoted to the research and celebration of drawing in Iceland. He holds a Diplom from the Düsseldorf Kunstakademie (DE) and Affiliate Degree from the Slade School of Fine Art (UK).
